Refund of Payment Received:

If for any reason your Registration can not be enrollment in HDFC India Pvt Ltd Portal by https://hdfcindiajob.com and unable to Registration to you then we are liable to repay. https://hdfcindiajob.com reserves all the right to determine a fair fee on the return of the Jobs and service, and the same shall be binding on both parties. The refund process will be initiated once we confirm that your registration selected Jobs is not provided to you. In case refund request accepted, the amount will be refunded in the same mode you have paid

Cancellation of Registration:

You cannot cancel the Registration once processed from our side with appropriate authority and you completed the course then a certificate of same is issued to you. No refund will be provided once the Registration is done.

https://hdfcindiajob.com shall not be considered in breach of its satisfaction guarantee policy or default under any terms of service, and shall not be liable to the client for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations by reason because of the earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, natural disaster, the act of God or the public enemy, epidemic, famine or plague, action of a court or public authority, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labor strike, lockout, boycott or similar event beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen (each a "Force majeure event").
